There’s so much going on these days, it seems to take a lot of conscious effort to slow down. It also feels more important than ever to try, in order to stay somewhat healthy and clear-headed. It’s that time of year in Seattle, too, where we are drawn to our blankets, hot tea, fireplaces, and books. We need these respites, to replenish and stay connected to goodness, hope, ourselves, and each other. I am in search of all the coziness I can find. In fact, I invite you to join me in looking for some right now. Is there anything in your immediate environment that might make you feel cozy? I just took a look around and noticed the really soft lounge pants with fun stars on them I’m wearing. I feel better just brushing my hands over them and taking in the stars.
